Mr. Jagwe Wycliff

 

(Projects Management and Electrical Engineering)

Wycliff is an Electrical Engineer by profession holder of Msc. Renewable Energy degree of Oldenburg University, Germany, B.Sc. Electrical Eng. of Makerere University, Kampala, and a certificate Post Graduate Programme Renewable Energy-Energy Economics, Oldenburg University, Germany.

He has gained significant experience in a wide range of Electrical-power systems and installations, Renewable Energy Systems for rural electrification; including Photovoltaics, Solar Water Heating, Solar Water Pumping, Wind Energy systems, Biomass (BTL&BTE technologies) and implementing Rural Electrification Programmes. He has experience in planning, analysis and design, installations, capacity building, monitoring & Evaluation, project supervision and management for Electric Power, Energy, and Energy Economics related projects.

 

Mr. Nyombi Daniel
(Electromechanical Engineer/Renewable energy)

Daniel is mechanical engineer by profession, with Masters of Science in Sustainable Energy Systems and Management; Flensburg University,  Germany;
Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering of Makerere University, Kampala Uganda  and Ordinary Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (ODM) of Uganda Technical College,  Bushenyi
He has vast experience in projects and executing works related to

  • Solar-PV engineering and other Renewable Energy systems
  • Hydraulic-water and electromechanical systems
  • Energy Efficiency and Demand Side Management
  • Energy Auditing and load analysis
  • Maintenance management
  • Project Management

Mr. Joseph Mubiru,

(M&E Expert – Social Economist)

 

Mubiru Joseph is a socio-scientist by profession who has a track record of (10yrs) and has enormous experience in community based research, organizational management & development mix, impact and behavioural research, monitoring & evaluation of projects, social medicine research, and epidemiology, with well-defined & measurable indicators. Quite conversant with a variety of research designs and with outstanding computer-based analytical (data) skills via the use of SPSS & EPI-Info software packages among others, to this he adds the vast styles and proficiency with which the findings can be presented and communicated.

 

 

Mr. Ofumbi Mathias

(M&E Expert-Social Economist)

Mr. Ofumbi holds Masters Degree in Development Evaluation and Management with a 10-year experience in monitoring and evaluation of social-economic project activities. He has vast experience in designing monitoring and evaluation tools.

He has been involved designing monitoring and evaluation system for the social-economic Projects and training staff in designing monitoring and evaluation system.

 

 

Mr. Lukwago Daniel

(Economist)

 

Daniel holds a Master of Public Administration (Program in
Economic Policy Management) degree from the School of
International and Public Affairs (SIPA); Columbia University
in the City of New York, USA and a Bachelor of Science in
Quantitative Economics degree from Makerere University,
Kampala Uganda.

I have seven years professional working experience as a
Policy Analyst at Uganda Debt Network (UDN) carrying out statistical research and economics research.

I worked at the World Bank headquarters in Washington
D.C, where I provided statistical and analytical work on the
study on development aid, governance and growth in Africa
in the Office of the Chief Economist, Africa Region

 

Kiguli Disan

(Statistical Analyst)

 

Disan is a statistician by professional master’s graduate from University of Sheffield- UK, with Master’s Degree in Statistics, covering Time series analysis, Linear models, medical statistics, clinical trials and applied statistics and also a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics (specializing in Computing).

He has vast experience in Statistics having worked in several capacities for example in Africa 2000 Network, and Development Consultants as a Consultant in I.T, Data management, impact assessment, capacity building. The firm has executed assignments in many organisations like Ministry of local government, Caritas Uganda, Misereor (Germany), VEDCO, UNDP etc. In all assignment I have been key personnel.

 

Steven Katawera

(Electrical engineer)

 

Stephen is an Electrical Engineer by profession, holder of a B.sc Eng., Makerere University Kampala.

His working career began in year 2002 at Service and Computer Industries Ltd; where he served as a software and hardware technician until 2003 when he took on a new assignment with Nile Breweries Ltd as an Electrical Engineer (trainee).

In 2004 Stephen joined Car and General (U) Ltd as a Sales and Service Engineer where he was responsible for not only the selling of the generators but also installation, commissioning and coordinating the after sales support. He is currently at JW Technologies Ltd, as an associate Electrical Engineer, working on various assignments including Electrical Power Systems and Renewable Energy projects.

He has vast experience working with industries and commercial buildings in the field of energy efficiency, and audits,

David Mugambe Oscar
(ICT and Telecoms Engineer)

David is a graduate of Telecommunications Engineering with significant experience and expertise for intelligent value added and cost effective products for the corporate, SME SOHO markets.
He has experience in service provision, procurement for equipment supplies to incumbent, project management, capacity building, and training plus Institutional support in the fields of covering the following diverse disciplines as:
Telephony technologies (PBX, Voice processing),

  • Data Security and complete WAN solutions, Alarm systems, Access control systems and Intrusion Detection systems
  • Bridging, routing, switching, cabling infrastructure (LANs, INTRANETS and WANs) and Wireless solutions (Point to Point, Point to Multi-Point),
